Guys i am sick and tired of calling people to come clan war and nobody responds except for maybe 1 person when there are at least 7 people on. I mean seriously if you don't want to clan war at least say "no". If you say no then you don't have to clan war! It is as simple as that. If you don't say no and we find you playing a game we call that "afk faking". And this clan and personally me doesn't really like that...we don't like it as in you get kicked. And if all you guys keep afk faking i am probably going to leave this clan and join one that doesn't have all these noobs afk faking.

plz guys i dont want to waste time waiting in the lobby with him all the time while you guys always afk fake.... PLEASE at least tell us that you don't want to cw. We don't force people to cw. And if afk faking continues, then i think that we should start forcing ppl to cw then.

Soldi if some1 afk fakes next time during any clan wars and doesnt reply for your calling,you can kik them all on the spot even if they were admins or formal ninjas - they afk fake = kik, no more said. Period. srsly i got enough of afk faking noobs.

You got the powers of the clan leader when im off - you can kik whoever doesnt come to clan war - and when I'm off, you are in my place and everyone ( NO MATTER WHAT HIS CLAN RANK OR CA RANK IS ) must listen to you as if you were me.

AFK FAKE = KIK - NO AFK FAKES PLEASE, we wanna level the clan up and keep our name high as it always has been , no time to lose guys, during the next 3 month we will have 2 nx events, we will have a CSN team ready for tournaments and 1 clan movie ready for shooting down, I'm workin really hard,me and the admins to make something out of this clan. if I do not see the clan eager to help make something and stop noobing then none of the mentioned events above will happen. No 1 come later and ask me why the h3ll we do not have nx events, the answer is No 1 is helping or showing work for the benefit of his clan

you wanna be a noob anyone then you do not belong in a level 5 clan that is ranked in the top 200 clans in combat arms, find a noob clan that suits you but not NINJAS.

guys, do not worry everyone. by next month who is not registered on clan forums will be kicked out from the clan and everyone in clan should know about this by now,I estimate about 30-40 clan members will be kicked for either inactivity without a reason or for not registering on forums, even admin who are not registered on forums will be kicked too and this apply as well to everyone in clan holding any clan ranks or positions. Members of ninjas should and MUST be registered on clan forums, if they really care about keeping their position in the clan.

you are not registered on or inactive on forums = then you are not in clan = kick

registering on forums is a clan rule, and there can be no violation in this clan rule but apparently some people do not understand this and they do not care about being active and getting involved within a very competitive gaming enivroment in a clan like ninjas,one of the top clans in CA, but I'm really quite sure,that when they get kiked they will know and care once again but by then they wont get in clan again and the time would have gone already for another chance to get back into ninjas.

this is not new here in clan,we had lots of inactivity problems in the past and lots of people got kicked- only few people remained and kept their places in the clan {the formal ninjas of the clan } - about 400 people were kiked during the last year and they were updated once again, We update our clan members usually every two weeks or two month time period, it depends and whoever gets kiked,they get replaced with new members of similar qualities within 1 to 2 days and thats how we maintain activity in the clan and always make sure that the clan doesnt ever get emptied all at once of all its members but we always try to keep the clan members at balance, so mess do not invade the clan structure and cause lots of disturbance and this btw the main problem that other clans suffer from,they kik all the inactives at once and the result is they do not get to have any more members or a lesser number of members- they cant recruite since no one will join them because they got no members,thus leading in the end to clan termination, which we all totally try to avoid here in ninjas, by keepin the clan in balance and avoid having a mess in our clan structure.

me and the clan admins keep it simple - you do not wanna be active,you get kicked and you will be replaced, no more said but i wont waste my time looking for who got kiked and why -if you do not follow clan rules that we all abide by then you do not belong here, by level 6 the clan will be 120 members, and no one of the clan supreme command will have the time and power to look after every1, thats why we have a site,newspaper and all that stuff that no other clan does have to keep you all updated with what is goin on here in clan, also the clan got his own permenant members, we all know them as formal ninjas and they are the most prestiguous elite members of the clan and they always help make the clan better ( we have about 30 formal ninjas till now) - formal ninjas never get kicked as on regular clan rules violation basis but only based on either leader or clan co leader decision,so whatever happens to other clan members,if they get kicked for inactivity or what not,the clan never lose its members and we always stay in business, not like other clans.

Recruiting admins are really working hard to get everyone in clan to be active and registered on clan forums whenever they recruite new peeps to ninjas, so as myself, I help get everyone inside the clan to do the same.

so everyone there is no big deal here, just the same regular problems every clan in Combat arms faces these days but fortunately,here in ninjas we know how to deal with such problems, we have expereinced admins and clan leader and also we have a good clan community that help each other be better. so no worry guys,the clan is fine and you all can have trust in the clan leader,co leader, admins and the clan itself

and as always please provide me with ideas about how to make this clan better for everyone,because this is the only way we can really do something and become better

@ mar: I'll be updating all the clan structure again , we r gonna have new stuff comin in and whole lots of new systems here in clan, we are gonna be goin for tournaments and joinning leagues- so some changes must take place. When changes happens, the clan site and all its features will have changes too

@ cobra and USANGHTMARE: only members of the clan holding clan ranks can have clan sigs on froums and this includes formal ninjas as well, so you should be able usanghtmare to have a clan signature but i do not think that cobra can,since he is not holdin any clan rank yet but I can make an exception to that, since cobra is very active, he can have some moderation powers on clan forums and clan sig of his choice too the same as admins do. just tell me if you want to and you can have it

You are right soldi. I try to cw as much as i can. I never fake afk... whenever i go afk, its becuase i have to answer the phone or other stuff like that. I am trying to go to as many cw as i can and get as many clan strs as well
