Failing is not a bad thing and nither is losing you are allowed to mess up and you are allowed to make mistakes you are only a human. dont be negitive on your self it doesnt do anything it wastes energy and negitivly effects everyone else. there is always ways to see the positive. its always there you just have to look for it. and therefore said negitiveity is always there too you can find it everywhere the key is to ignore the negitive and focus on the positive. dont be the person who rages on the mic and hurts everyones ears in stead focus on the good you accomplished ex. (bad example) "NONONO O MY F****** GOD THAT STUPID LITTLE m5 staurt B****" . this is not cool dont be this guy be this guy "DARN IT oh well look at that i got 4 kills, you know what they say dont go down without a fight." Seeing others being down engourge them with a positive attitude the clan will have more team unity better communication, better morale, an ultimatly a better clan. we need to striveto be the best clan we can be then we need to go further.
