@oneshot, we actually have a clan title called "Sir" and you get the clan "Sir" title when you are given the clan honory rank of "NiN-SIR" through clan contribution, bravery and courage and sportsmanship in clan wars and being active the most

Here is the official description for earning such prestigious honory clan rank and clan title:

NiN-SIR:

Clan members, and NCCN Affiliates who earned the Ninjas Elite Clan Highest In-Combat Honorable Award of a "NiN-SIR" here on clan forums due to displayed bravery,Courage and sportsmanship in game

This rank is not earned but given based on merit, skills and activity and bravery in clan wars as well.

The "Sir" title and the honory clan rank associated with it are not earnable but given and awarded only by the clan leader and no one else (a Co Leader can give such a rank and a title to a clan member only when he/she acts as a leader and take over their official clan position after the real clan leader has appointed a Co Leader to do so, or the leader went inactive and the clan Co Leader had to take over to manage the clan)
