GENERAL POSITION DESCRIPTION


Position contingent on NiN Gaming Network funding.


Responsibilities:

1. In charge of recruiting new clan members applicants for ninjas elite in game (based on the current enlisted clan division and game, example:NiN CA, NiN CCZH, .. etc)
   
2. In charge of the clan members inactivity check on forums and in game and kicking inactives in game on the clan bi-weekly check on forums and in game for inactive members.
   
3. In charge of checking the clan CBL status (Ninjas Elite Clan Division of Combat Arms only "NiN CA") and making sure it is always "CBL Clean", otherwise a search of dirty players is required for clan kickout.
   
4. In charge of recruiting affiliate clans to join the NCCN "Ninja Clans Club Network"and becoming affiliated with the NCCN and NiN Gaming.
   

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS


Clan Activity & Performance level:

- 100 clan NiN Stars points are required (exceptions can be made based on skills and experience).

- For NiN CA only. A preferred Kdr of 1.5, and a Combat Arms in game rank of "CPT 2" [" A NO" previously applied KDR RESET IS REQUIRED]is needed. Original Kdr and rank experience only is approved and you must have not used a kdr reset before. (EXCEPTIONS CAN BE MADE)

- Must have no less than 2 counts of clan inactivity judged by the respective clan recruiting admin or Co-Leader (NiN Gaming Clan Division Commander) or Leader (NiN Gaming Commander in Chief)


NiN Clan Division Experience :

- A clan rank of an Officer "NiN Officer" is a MUST.

- Registered in the Officer "NiN Officer" clan rank NiN Gaming Forums Group.

- Must be willing to obtain the Clan Officers NiN -tag through a name change within 2 weeks of the hiring date (Example: NiN-Holly234).


Experience:

- one to two month of in-game recruiting and marketing experience.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS


Experience:

A top qualified in-game clan recruiter and marketing agent with at least 2 years of experience.




SELECTION CRITERIA " KSA STATEMENT"


*Attach a brief statement addressing how you acquired each of the following Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities through your WOGL experience or previous clan allegiances.


Knowledge of: (1) recruiting; (2) choosing the right applicants; (3) clan recruiting rules and official policies (4) understanding of time zones.

Ability to: (5) actively understand the different recruitment rules that apply for the different applicants and making exceptions.

Skills to: (6) efficient recruitment of the largest possible number of "excellent" recruits in the least time allowed possible.




WORKING CONDITIONS


Restricted: activity 2 to 5 days per week in game and out game and online on nexon forums "only for the Ninjas Elite clan division of Combat Arms (NiN CA)" that will include but may not be limited to; 5+ hours per week of recruiting, 10+ hours per week of checking for members activity on forums and in game and as well as keeping an eye on the NiN CA CBL status.
