Welcome to the NiN CA "Ninjas Elite Clan Division of Combat Arms" Membership Application Template!

Please read through to know how to submit a NiN CA Clan Division membership application to join Ninjas Elite and thanks for your time and patience, we hope that you will join our clan and become a part of our NiN CA and NiN Gaming community.

* SSG1/ SSG2/SSG3 - kdr 2.0/ 1.8/1.6

[Other Main Requirements]

Be Mature, must be 14 years of age (CAN MAKE AN EXCEPTION IF YOU HAVE THE NiN clan officers tag through name change to your IGN "In-Game Name")

When applying for the clan, YOU MUST APPLY HERE ON THE CLAN FORUMS and follow the clan application template format in applying for the clan, NO IN-GAME APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED unless otherwise noted.

Must be CBL clean and legit

Must be Active and willing to be active with the clan in-game and outside of the game on clan forums and website and all clan social media outlets (NiN Facebook Page and Profile, NiN Twitter, NiN Youtube, NiN Blog and more)

Must have a Mic and willing to download Raidcall and Skype for clan communications

[CLAN RULES & Code of Conduct]

Those rules listed below are a code of conduct that applies to all the members of this clan, in despite of what your clan rank might be or in what clan unit you are, those rules are the bible of our clan and all members even the clan Leader and the clan central command members must adhere to those rules.

NOTE: All clan members of every clan unit and all clan members currently holding the different clan ranks; must and should adhere to “both”,
A-) this code of conduct that applies in general to all the clan and its members and B-) their unique “code of conduct” for their specific clan unit.

Note: some exceptions in the clan code of conduct can be made regarding clan members of certain clan units and certain clan ranks designations]


CLAN RULE 1)

Must be in clan uniform (Urban Camo) during any clan wars, any clan games and any normal clan practice sessions. Mercenaries and Specs are exceptions and (certain exception might apply regarding some of the clan members enlisted at the clan SpecOps Elite Clan Units)

CLAN RULE 2)

Must register on clan forums (use in-game name as your account username on clan forums) and be at least once active every 2 week on clan forums or clan kickout on the clan inactive members bi-weekly update check.

CLAN RULE 3)

Be Active in game for at least 1-3 days a week and/or during the clan announced activity hours or clan kickout on the clan inactive members bi-weekly update check.


CLAN RULE 4)

Must be active for at least 1-3 days a week and/or during the clan announced activity hours and MUST be active with the clan beyond just being in-game, must be active with the clan on forums by logging on to the forums for at least every three days and sharing your views and ideas and becoming an integral part of our clan and network community. Also, it won’t hurt if becoming a fan of ninjas on Facebook and following us on twitter, so don’t get left out and get engaged with the rest of your fellow ninjas.


CLAN RULE 5)


Have Mic and RaidCall (www.raidcall.com) installed & ready during every clan war and every clan game and practice or when requested by any admin, Co-leader and/or Leader

NO AFK faking whatsoever, during any clan wars, clan games or clan practices. We take afk faking very seriously in NINJAS and we kick most often afk fakers and inactives on the spot. You hear your name being called by an admin or anyone who is in charge, you respond but if you afk fake and ignore us and waste your and our time, then that’s rude and we take that really hard and seriously. If you afk fake and you are actually not AFK, then you are calling us to get you kicked out of this clan and maybe forever as well. [NO EXCEPTIONS, DOESN’T matter what your combat arms and kdr is, what your clan rank is and what clan unit you are in – and if you get kicked, you will lose all your clan previous status and awards.


NOTE:

Always keep in mind that we do not force anyone to clan war with us or even join any clan games or practice sessions, In Fact, that’s a matter of choice, meaning that, this is up to you and that’s your choice; either to join or not to join and we consider that a privilege for you and for everyone to join the clan games and engage with the clan and become a part of our community. It would be an honor for us and for you to join and play with us, so we can learn from each other but if you just afk fake and never answer or give a reply of “ yah, I’m coming and will be there” or “ No, thanks, I cannot come “ then you are wasting time and we consider that a huge insult and you might get kicked on the spot and may never join the clan back again.


Ninjas STATISTICS fact:

Nearly 600 clan members were kicked for either inactivity or for AFK faking mostly, just over the past year alone. We encourage activity and being active and helping in the process of creating productivity and clan – gaming friendly atmosphere that we all can share.

CLAN RULE 6)

Must join the clan practice games when requested and follow the room and game rules established by the admin in charge


NOTE:
Any of the above statements are subject to change without previous notice. Any violation of the above rules is considered as a violation of the clan rules and the clan code of conduct and can be subject for clan kick out or other disciplinary clan actions and/ or clan application and benefits rejection. Clan awards, benefits and clan rank unit status might also be affected or be terminated as well.

NOTE:
We often and frequently provide several admission gifts for newly clan members and ninja rookies upon clan admission and acceptance – remember to ask holly "Boss" about that.



MPORTANT Note:

Any regular ninja clan member currently holding the rank of a NINJA GRUNT and chooses to get a name change on his own account and become having a name change similar to a SpecOps Team member name with the NiN tag in it (Ex: NiN-(Name)); will be automatically granted the rank of a NINJA OFFICER designation (aka [also known as] FORMAL NINJA) and offered the choice of getting drafted into any of the clan elite (combat and/or non-combat) units and become a NINJA SpecOps Elite Clan Team Member but this opportunity does only stands for the approval of a clan Leader and/or a clan Co-leader, staff admin and a chief admin first before being taken into consideration.
